It should help shape what happens next.We're seeking an Insights & Analytics Lead Consultant to serve as a strategic analytics partner to senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Growth, Operations, Risk, Technology, and Consumer Banking. In this role, you'll leverage advanced analytics, experimentation, business intelligence, and data-driven storytelling to solve complex business challenges and influence enterprise decisions.You'll combine strong technical expertise, business acumen, and consulting skills to identify opportunities, uncover insights, and deliver recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.What You'll DoPartner with senior leaders to define business questions, success metrics, and analytical strategies.Lead complex analytics initiatives that support growth, customer experience, operational excellence, and strategic priorities.Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and customer behaviors.Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and business recommendations.Lead experimentation, test-and-learn initiatives, performance measurement, and advanced analytics efforts.Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions.Drive reporting automation, modernization, and best practices across analytics and business intelligence.Mentor analysts and consultants while helping shape the future analytics strategy of the organization.Partner with business, technology, data engineering, and governance teams to advance enterprise data capabilities.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.Six or more years of experience in analytics, statistics, business intelligence, or related disciplines.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.Experience using Python, R, SAS, or similar analytical programming languages.Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.Strong expertise in analytics, experimentation, forecasting, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives from concept through implementation.Experience working in cloud-based analytics environments such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or similar platforms.Strong consulting, communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.Experience influencing senior leaders and driving business decisions through analytics and insights.Advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.Location expectationsThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
