Location Highlights
Cumming, Georgia offers access to Lake Lanier and the North Georgia mountains, with Mary Alice Park on the lakefront and Sawnee Mountain Preserve about 15 minutes from central Cumming. Atlanta is about 40 miles south via GA-400, giving travelers access to major dining, sports, and entertainment districts while living in a quieter suburban setting.
